Do I Need to Clean My Gown First?No need! We will professionally clean your gown as part of the preservation process, using the most appropriate and gentle methods for your dress.
How Is My Gown Cleaned? Each gown is carefully evaluated upon arrival. Based on its unique needs, we select from several safe, gentle, and eco-friendly cleaning methods.
Once cleaned, your gown is placed on an acid-free bust form and sealed inside our acid-neutral preservation chest.
Note: Shoulder pads and bust pads will be removed to prevent long-term damage. These will be wrapped in tissue and packed beneath your gown.
What Stains Can You Remove?We successfully remove up to 95% of stains, including:
What Will I See in the Display Window?Your gown and veil will be prominently displayed. Additional items (if included) may appear at the bottom of the window or be packed underneath the dress.

How Long Does It Take? Please allow 4 to 10 weeks for your preserved gown to be returned. This ensures the highest level of individual care and attention.
Is My Gown Guaranteed?Yes! We provide a 100-year guarantee against yellowing and caramelized sugar stains.
If your gown ever shows signs of these issues, we’ll reprocess it at no cost. If we’re unable to restore it, we’ll refund the preservation fee.
